Every plan includes personal onboarding. You do not need to be technical. All you need to know is how you like to run a day. We handle the rest.

  1. We listen

    A conversation, not a form. Tell us what you offer — canoe hire, guided walks, multi-activity days — and how a typical day actually flows.

  2. We set it up with you

    Together we add your activities, fleet, transport, prices, deposits and the look of your booking pages. Communications are written in your voice.

  3. We walk you through it

    No manuals to decode. We sit with you on the portal until taking a booking, moving one, or closing a wet afternoon is second nature.

  4. You take bookings

    Guests book themselves, or you do. You stay in control of the diary.

No technical skills necessary

If you can send an email and describe your activities, you can run Go Wild Booking. We do not hand you an empty system and a help centre. We sit alongside you until the portal feels like one of the team — useful, familiar, and ready to support your business.
