Go Wild Booking exists because small outdoor businesses were being asked to run complicated days on tools that did not understand them.
Why we built this
Passion for the outdoors does not come with a love of paperwork. When the diary, the fleet and the minibus all have to line up — and the weather refuses to cooperate — generic booking software leaves you holding the risk.
We built Go Wild Booking for operators who need activity-aware availability, a calendar they can change in the morning, and guests who still get a proper message when plans shift. Then we wrapped it in the bit that matters for a small team: we set it up with you.
We work with a handful of outdoor businesses as partners. That is deliberate. It means onboarding is personal, the product stays honest, and you are never shouting into a ticket queue.
